Background

Almog Koren is a software engineer and founder with more than 15 years of building production software. DogBase is his third company: before it, he co-founded Scoreoid, a gaming backend used by 4,500+ developers, and Platfarm, a Techstars-backed agri-tech company that exited via a share sale. He served in the IDF Special Forces, and today he's an active K9 search and rescue handler with Echo, his Belgian Malinois, and competes in dog sports. DogBase came from a gap he kept hitting in the field: working-dog teams had no software built for the way they actually train and deploy. He founded the company to close that gap, and leads it as CEO and CTO.
