The PNW SAR Conference runs October 30-November 1, 2026 at Cascade Camp & Convention Center, 22825 Peissner Rd SE, Yelm, WA 98597.

Full Conference Pass: $285 — includes all conference sessions (Fri-Sun), shared dorm-style lodging, RV/tent options, meals, snacks, beverages, and vendor expo access.

Optional pre-conference K9 courses (Tue-Thu, $350 each, 1 K9 per attendee):

• K9 Airscent — open area search dog seminar for all skill levels
• K9 Urban and Suburban Trailing Searches — advanced-beginner to intermediate teams
• HRD K9 Crime Scene Seminar: Advanced Scenarios and LE Perspective — for operational certified teams; instructors include Detective Sergeant Lindsay Kirkegaard, Detective Aaron Thompson, Detective Ed Christian, Dena Haney, Jo Huxel

Other pre-conference tracks include Basic Inland SAR Course, Introduction to Canyoning SAR, Wide Area Search, Wilderness First Aid, and Introduction to SARTopo.
